The suspension system has been designed and manufactured as a complete kit specifically for use on B6 armoured versions of the Toyota Camry XV70 vehicle….for a range of different GVW’s. The kit is not made up of “heavy-duty” aftermarket parts, and the assumption of both the general road conditions and ambient temperatures in the locations where these vehicles are likely to be deployed have been taken into account throughout development. Tuning of the suspension, ride and handling tests have been carried out on unladen and fully-laden armoured vehicles with over-checks for evasive maneuver stability and light/moderate off-road capability.

Front Damper Strut

• Monotube Bilstein High Spec B36mm Insert.
• Remanufactured OEM strut tubes bored out to take the Bilstein B36mm insert.

Front Spring

• High-end renown Germany manufactured Hi-Ten silicon-chrome steel linear rate spring, variable ID and cut lowest coil end to suit OE lower mounting, upper end closed and ground

Rear Suspension
Rear Damper

• Monotube Bilstein High Spec B46mm damper with internal wet guide seal system.
• Steel damper body plated with Excellube EC10 PTFE Polymer surface coating for high levels of corrosion resistance.

Rear Spring

• High-end renown Germany manufactured Hi-Ten silicon-chrome independent linear rate spring.
• Upper and lower coil ends formed to suit OE mountings.

Rear Anti-Roll Bar assembly

• High-end renown Germany manufactured CNC-formed bar.
• Polyurethane clamp bushes to fit OEM brackets.
