The suspension has been designed and manufactured as a complete kit specifically for use on all versions of the Toyota Camry vehicle which a GVW of 3400kg – 4200kg. The kit is not made up of “heavy-duty” aftermarket parts and the assumption of both the general road conditions and ambient temperatures in the locations where these vehicles are likely to be deployed have been taken into account throughout development. Tuning of the suspension and ride and handling tests have been carried out on unladen and fully-laden armoured vehicles with over-checks for evasive maneuver stability and light/moderate off road capability.

The designs are optimised to accommodate high-performance braking systems and run flat systems.
